Can anyone honestly believe we’re actually down to the last day of the year? Because I can’t. I mean, 2016 has honestly given quite a few punches here and there, but I can’t blatantly say that it was horrible. A Torch Against the Night takes readers into the heart of the Empire as Laia and Elias fight their way north to liberate Laia’s brother from the horrors of Kauf Prison.
